Role Description

The Medical Laboratory Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all laboratory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department and manage all aspects of laboratory function to support hospital operations and patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science with MLSCN license
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist
• Strong background in healthcare/hospital laboratory operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Relevant professional certifications
• Master's degree
• Residence within or close to Lagos Island
