An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor with surgical expertise to join our healthcare team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgery, along with exceptional patient care and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Perform surgical procedures with precision and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients to determine appropriate surgical treatment plans.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years post-NYSC
  • Valid medical license.
  • Proven experience in surgical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Incentives
  • In addition to the monthly salary, the successful candidate will receive a percentage incentive for each surgical procedure performed. Details regarding the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
