Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Plumber Technician Supervisor to lead our mechanical and plumbing maintenance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and supervisory skills within a Facility Management or MEP environment, with adequate knowledge of water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and plumbing technicians in day-to-day operations
• Ensure all mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment installations and maintenance are carried out safely and efficiently
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical issues, and oversee repair works
• Monitor and maintain water treatment systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure timely completion of assigned projects
• Collaborate with Operations and Facility Management teams to ensure quality service delivery
• Maintain adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in mechanical or plumbing supervision, preferably within an MEP or Facility Management environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in water treatment systems and maintenance
