About the Role

The Material Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of project materials to ensure smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources. This role involves collecting and verifying material information, managing inbound and outbound materials, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the material lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify material information including checking, signing, and documenting inbound and outbound project materials
• Process material transfers and returns with proper documentation
• Monitor material inventory levels and provide timely alerts on material demands
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of subcontractor buffers
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and material control procedures

Required Qualifications

• General knowledge of telecom equipment
• Sound understanding of project management principles
• Relevant experience in material control and logistics within a project-based environment
