About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. As a Marketing/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in promoting our estates, driving sales growth, and helping clients make informed investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market the company's real estate products
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Conduct property inspections and client site tours
- Manage client inquiries and provide professional support while maintaining relationships
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Represent the company at real estate events, expos, and networking opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to build trust and connect with high-net-worth individuals
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate
