Marketing Operations Executive at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Purpose

The Marketing Operations Executive will support the efficient execution of marketing initiatives by managing workflows, campaign tracking, vendor coordination, and budget control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in optimizing marketing processes to enhance overall effectiveness within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
• Maintain and regularly update the integrated marketing calendar
• Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurement processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign execution
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular dashboards and reports
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget in line with financial policies
• Optimize the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines in all marketing activities

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign coordination
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience in or exposure to the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage

Salary

₦550,000 – ₦600,000 monthly
