Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance marketing or broker/channel management.
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance products and distribution.
  • Experience in cross—selling or working within a financial services group.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
  • Familiarity with NAICOM regulations and regional market dynamics.
