Job Summary
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Marketing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development, executing marketing strategies, and managing commercial processes to achieve corporate business and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of corporate business and sales targets
- Implement and manage Business Development and Commercial Process procedures
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Proactively market company services and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Drive client acquisition while maintaining strong client retention
- Identify, monitor, and respond to relevant business opportunities and industry developments
- Coordinate all tendering and bidding activities, ensuring accurate and timely submission
- Prepare, package, and submit tender documentation, including technical, unpriced commercial, and commercial tenders
- Maintain and update records for submitted pre-qualifications, tenders, and bids
- Keep a structured schedule of all bids, pre-qualified prospects, and ongoing opportunities
- Ensure all pre-qualification documents and bids fully comply with Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements
- Participate in site inspections, pre-bid and tender clarification meetings, and prepare reports for management
- Analyse market trends and provide recommendations to improve marketing and business development strategies
- Identify and develop new market opportunities for business growth
- Arrange and attend business meetings and technical presentations with prospective clients
- Provide monthly updates to management on business prospects and opportunities
- Report to management on the status of submitted tenders and bids within one month of submission
- Ensure all activities comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
