Marketing Officer at Orile Restaurant and Bar

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Officer to help us tell our story and grow our brand. As our Marketing Officer, you'll be the voice behind Orile's brand, developing and executing marketing strategies that attract new customers, retain loyal patrons, and elevate our presence both online and offline. From social media campaigns to event promotions, your creativity and strategic thinking will drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the restaurant and bar
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials
• Coordinate and promote in-house events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure brand consistency
• Track and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
• Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and local media outlets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and branding
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Photography/videography skills are a plus
