Key Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Maintain and update account records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop referral networks and explore alternate channels to enhance customer acquisition
• Cross-sell products and services to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain trust relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
• Ensure compliance with lending laws, regulations, and company policies
• Market various products and services

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SSCE, HND, or B.Sc
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be based in Abuja
