Marketing maneger - Residency Hotels Limited, Lagos

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead revenue-driven marketing for our hotel and restaurant operations. This role is responsible for brand visibility, occupancy growth, restaurant sales, and campaign performance across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase room occupancy and restaurant covers

• Manage digital marketing (social media, paid ads, email campaigns, Google Business, OTAs)

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events

• Drive partnerships with corporates, influencers, travel agents, and event planners

• Track performance, analyze data, and submit weekly/monthly reports

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel/restaurant or hospitality marketing

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, ads, and analytics

• Proven ability to drive revenue through campaigns

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
