About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our restaurant and lounge as a Marketing Manager or Executive. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales, while managing the marketing budget, creating promotional campaigns, overseeing social media, and analyzing market trends.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to meet business goals, including setting sales forecasts
• Plan, execute, and monitor all promotional and advertising campaigns across various channels, both digital and traditional
• Create high-quality marketing content, such as website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Manage and grow the restaurant's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify opportunities and inform strategy
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring a positive return on investment
• Seek opportunities for positive publicity and manage the restaurant's public image
• Work closely with restaurant management and staff to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tactics specific to the food and beverage industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and market research
• Project management and organizational skills
