Job Brief

We are seeking a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our inbound sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing advertising campaign performance, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity. You should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and the ability to transform creative ideas into effective advertising projects. You will help build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to the company
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation through execution
• Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, and copywriting
• Create valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target audiences
• Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds effectively
• Oversee and approve all marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies
• Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, analyze results against established goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in marketing with strong potential and professional attitude
• Proficiency with web analytics tools
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong creative and analytical abilities
