An established company in the plastic packaging industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the sales and marketing of PET preforms and bottles within Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in PET preforms and bottles across Nigeria
• Identify, prospect, and establish new business relationships with distributors, bottling companies, and manufacturing clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through excellent service delivery and account management
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Marketing & Strategy

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote PET preform and bottle products
• Conduct market research to assess customer needs, preferences, and emerging industry trends
• Collaborate with management to set pricing strategies and promotional plans
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and address their concerns
