## Title: Marketing & Customer Service Supervisor
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Handyman Daige Properties in Lagos, Nigeria as a Marketing & Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospects and potential clients interested in properties to offer real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Create a warm, cordial, and enabling environment for prospects and potential clients
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment is received
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the opportunity to view properties before closing deals
- Act as intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Conduct property inspections to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing deals
- Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- Conduct surveys to identify competing property prices in the housing market
- Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property and secure brokering deals
- Maintain contact with clients to discuss future business prospects
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve job knowledge and expand professional network
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related field from a recognized university
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
Required Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in real estate
