## Title: Marketing & Customer Service Supervisor

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Handyman Daige Properties in Lagos, Nigeria as a Marketing & Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospects and potential clients interested in properties to offer real estate deals
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
  • Create a warm, cordial, and enabling environment for prospects and potential clients
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment is received
  • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the opportunity to view properties before closing deals
  • Act as intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing deals
  • Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Conduct surveys to identify competing property prices in the housing market
  • Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
  • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property and secure brokering deals
  • Maintain contact with clients to discuss future business prospects
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve job knowledge and expand professional network

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related field from a recognized university
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in real estate
