Marketing & Brand Communications Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing, branding, corporate communications, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement. You will ensure Westfield Energy Resources Limited maintains a professional brand image, supports business development through impactful visibility, and aligns all communication with corporate vision, ISO standards, and executive expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's annual Marketing & Brand Strategy, aligned with revenue objectives and corporate goals
• Oversee digital branding, website, LinkedIn, corporate email communications, newsletters, case studies, and industry articles
• Lead the design, approval, and deployment of marketing assets including brochures, company profiles, corporate videos, and proposal branding
• Manage corporate visibility at conferences, exhibitions, client forums, and CSR programs
• Supervise marketing and brand communications staff, assign tasks, review deliverables, and conduct performance reviews
• Ensure brand compliance across logo usage, fonts, colors, and tone of communication in all departments and proposals
• Support Sales and Business Development teams with pitch decks, proposal branding, corporate presentations, and client engagement kits
• Drive stakeholder communications including press releases, internal newsletters, crisis communication, and corporate announcements
• Track and report monthly on social media reach, audience engagement, brand ROI metrics, and campaign performance
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance, document control, and maintain corporate identity manuals, templates, and visual standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. or B.A. in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or related field
• Minimum 6–9 years post-NYSC experience
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or lead marketing and communications role
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage
