About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Officer to develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies. This role involves promoting the company's brand, products, and services through strategic planning, creative content development, and data-driven campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans aligned with business goals
• Create compelling content for multiple platforms including websites, social media, email, video, and print materials
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including paid search and social media advertising
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and content strategies
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative departments
• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and competitor activities
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Marketing and Communications Officer
• Experience in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry is an added advantage
