Job Summary

As a Marketer Level Two, you will play a critical role in expanding Infiniti24 Daily's reach by advertising the platform, engaging with shopping malls and retailers, and onboarding them onto our platform. You will be responsible for demonstrating how to upload products, encouraging vendor participation, and achieving set sales and marketing targets that determine performance-based pay.

Marketing Manager / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and advertise Infiniti24 Daily to shopping malls, retailers, and vendors
• Identify and approach potential vendors to encourage participation on the platform
• Train and guide vendors on how to upload and manage their products online
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure continuous engagement
• Meet assigned marketing targets within specified timelines
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team
• Support in organizing campaigns, vendor drives, and other promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (e-commerce experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and build strong relationships with clients
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms and online product uploads
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel locally to meet vendors and shopping malls

Compensation

• Performance-based pay determined by achievement of marketing targets
