  • As a Marketer in Joe Etoniru & Associates, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and promoting the company’s products and services.
  • The role requires a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-driven individual who can convert prospects into clients while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • You will support the company’s growth by executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring effective communication with potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct marketing activities.
  • Promote and market the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Manage client inquiries, schedule property inspections, and provide detailed property information.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an updated leads and sales pipeline.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, roadshows, and property exhibitions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, leads, conversions, and client feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets is an added advantage.
Skills: & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients effectively.
  • Good knowledge of real estate products and the property market.
  • Proficiency in social media and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
