About the Role

An established company is recruiting for Market Expansion Executives to drive growth across Lagos and Abuja. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving adoption across key communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new markets, sectors, and partnerships to expand market presence
• Lead field activation, onboarding campaigns, and ecosystem awareness initiatives across key communities
• Engage schools, cooperatives, SMEs, institutions, and community groups to drive product adoption
• Conduct market intelligence to gather insights on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and expansion opportunities
• Develop and manage high-value leads that contribute to both B2B and B2C growth
• Work closely with sales, product, and partnerships teams to support sales delivery and achieve revenue goals
• Represent the brand at events, deliver presentations, and drive visibility within assigned territories

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, field activation, or market expansion
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated track record of meeting targets and driving meaningful engagements
• Deep understanding of Lagos or Abuja markets and stakeholder dynamics
• Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and deliver under pressure

Preferred Experience

• Background in fintech, telco, FMCG field sales, edtech, microfinance, or financial services
