Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vessel and marine operations, ensuring optimal performance and readiness
• Ensure compliance with ISM Code, ISPS Code, flag state regulations, classification society requirements, and client-specific standards
• Supervise and provide direction to the Technical Superintendent, HSE Manager, Captains, and Engineers
• Manage offshore support services, logistics, and coordination of marine assets to meet operational needs
• Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards
• Develop, implement, and review operational procedures to enhance safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and present reports on vessel readiness, operational KPIs, and incident/accident statistics to the General Manager
• Liaise with clients, port authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in marine operations and safety culture

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marine operations
• Strong knowledge of ISM/ISPS codes, STCW regulations, and offshore support services
