About the Role
A reputable organization is seeking a Managing Director to lead their newly established rig services division. You will be responsible for delivering high-performance drilling and workover operations, as well as managing infrastructure services across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee drilling and workover operations
- Manage infrastructure services across Nigeria
- Lead multi-rig operations
- Drive high-performance operational standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oilfield services
- At least 5 years in executive leadership roles
- Proven experience managing land rigs, workover rigs, and multi-rig operations
- Strong understanding of Nigerian oil & gas regulations, market dynamics, and local content policies
- Demonstrated success in startup or scale-up environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced qualification
