We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Job Description
- The HR Business Partner will be the go-to strategic HR partner for the company's business.
- You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all sites, handle client audits and visits, manage disciplinary issues, and keep the people engine humming.
- You’ll also design and run frequent town halls—both virtual and physically to keep everyone aligned and engaged.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (MBA or HR certification a plus).
- 5-7 years of strategic HRBP experience, preferably in logistics, outsourcing, manufacturing, or a fast-scaled environment.
- Proven track record as an HR Business Partner with exposure to employee relations and client-facing projects.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with HRIS and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities; able to influence senior leadership and clients
- Excellent leadership qualities
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SC, PHR, ACIPM) required.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours when needed.
