Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term business plans, optimize resource allocation, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools
• Lead the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range business plans aligned with organizational goals
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of financial planning systems and automation for efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct variance analysis and performance reviews, collaborating with department heads to identify drivers and recommend corrective actions
• Develop robust financial models for strategic initiatives, including investment appraisals (ROI, IRR, sensitivity analysis) and scenario planning
• Design and maintain pricing models to support revenue optimization and business development strategies
• Own budgetary control processes and implement sustainable cost management strategies to enhance profitability
• Provide insights into industry trends and business performance to inform corporate strategy and capital allocation decisions
• Support strategic projects such as capital investments, new ventures, and expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum of 7–10 years of cognate experience in financial planning, analysis, and management accounting
• Exposure to leadership or strategic roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Professional certifications in finance or accounting
