A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly competent Manager with strong mastery in marketing, sales, and product design, as well as proven leadership and people management skills, to drive customer acquisition, savings growth, product development, and overall organizational performance within our structured thrift organization.
  • The core strength of this role is growth leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow customers and savings volume
  • Design, redesign, and improve thrift savings products based on market needs
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Provide leadership and direction to all staff (marketers and operational teams)
  • Set targets, supervise teams, and drive performance across the organization
  • Identify market opportunities and translate them into viable products
  • Support overall organizational growth and performance.
Key Performance Measure
  • Growth in customer base
  • Growth in savings volume
  • Adoption and performance of thrift products.
Core Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership
  • Strong product design and market positioning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and meet targets
  • Proven leadership and people management capability
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in thrift, cooperative, microfinance, or related financial services is an advantage.
