About the Role

An established company is recruiting a Maintenance Officer to manage plumbing and electrical systems across their facilities in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities – Plumbing

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures across guest rooms and common areas
• Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and pipe damage promptly
• Ensure proper functioning of bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, and laundry plumbing systems
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent maintenance emergencies
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front office teams to address guest-related plumbing issues quickly
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety procedures

Key Responsibilities – Electrical

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the premises
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, power outages, and defective wiring
• Ensure lighting, sockets, air conditioning, and appliances function efficiently
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and hazards
• Comply with electrical safety standards and company policies
• Support other departments with technical or emergency electrical needs
