Maintenance Manager (Mechanical) – Ibadan at Helean Global Limited

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Manager (Mechanical) in Ibadan, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all equipment
• Supervise operation and maintenance of biomass boilers, gas boilers, gas power plants, water treatment plants (WTP), effluent treatment plants (ETP), air compressors, and oil packing lines
• Lead installation, erection, and commissioning of new equipment and projects
• Read, interpret, and modify AutoCAD drawings for piping, fabrication, and plant modifications
• Manage in-house fabrication, welding, and repair activities
• Maintain proper records of spares, consumables, and maintenance schedules
• Train and guide maintenance teams for skill development and safety compliance
• Coordinate with production, quality, and utility departments for smooth operation
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and statutory regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 years' experience in maintenance within refinery, solvent extraction, or process industry (preferred)
• Experience with utilities including biomass/gas-fired boilers, gas engines/power plants, water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, air compressors, and packing lines
• Experience with projects involving installation, erection, and commissioning of process plants and utilities
