## Title: Maintenance Officer

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Maintenance Officer position. You will support the Maintenance Manager and Project Manager in ensuring smooth setup and operational readiness of the new facility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Maintenance Manager and Project Manager in ensuring smooth setup and operational readiness of the new facility
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, utilities, and infrastructure
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with contractors and vendors
Ensure compliance with safety, HSE, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and spare parts inventory

Requirements

OND / HND / BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance
Experience in hospitality, manufacturing, or catering industry is an advantage
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and support project deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
