  • The Operator - Seasoning Cube Pressing/Wrapping Machine is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining seasoning cube production machines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output.
  • The role involves monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out routine maintenance.
  • The operator must strictly follow safety protocols, GMP standards, and maintain accurate production records while ensuring minimal defects and material wastage.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in operating machines in food manufacturing (seasoning cube machine experience is an advantage).
  • Technical training certification with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, pay attention to detail, and follow SOPs.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Efficient machine operation.
  • Achieving production targets.
  • Reducing defects and minimizing material loss.
