Role Overview
The Restaurant & Lounge Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier guest service, and drive business growth through innovative marketing and brand development strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fine dining management and hospitality marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee daily operations, reservations, and lounge experience to maintain a world-class standard
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase visibility, drive traffic, and build brand loyalty
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to achieve revenue targets
- Build partnerships and promotional opportunities within the local market
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage feedback to continuously improve service
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing fine dining restaurants, luxury lounges, or premium hospitality establishments
- Proven track record in hospitality marketing and event promotions
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Knowledge of food & beverage trends, guest experience innovation, and digital marketing tools
