We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and distribution; manage inventory levels and warehouse organization; plan routes and monitor deliveries.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate logistics staff; foster a safe working environment.

Strategic Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service; analyze data to identify bottlenecks.

Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and negotiate rates; collaborate with other internal departments (sales, production). Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations (DOT, etc.) and company policies; maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 3 - 5 years experience.
