Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate the movement, storage, and delivery of goods within our trading operations. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, analytical, and able to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor the movement and distribution of goods
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track and document shipments, stock transfers, and deliveries
• Manage logistics documentation and maintain accurate records
• Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Prepare and submit periodic logistics and inventory reports

Required Qualifications

• ND, HND, or BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic logistics tracking tools
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
