About the Role

We are looking for a talented Logistics Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this position, you will be responsible for planning deliveries and supervising drivers to ensure our products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor all outgoing deliveries
• Supervise logistics, transportation, and customer delivery operations
• Organize workspace, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in logistics or related field
• Must reside in Abuja, preferably near Gaduwa
• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Computer literacy
• Proficiency with ride-hailing apps (Uber, Bolt)
• Strong knowledge of locations within Abuja
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong memorization skills
• Capacity to perform duties diligently under stressful situations

Work Schedule & Commitment

• Office-based: 23 days per month
• Availability to work some Sundays and public holidays
• Long-term commitment to the company required
