Brief Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. The Logistics Account Officer will be responsible for processing job orders with trip allowance requests and ensuring compliance with established criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job orders with trip allowance requests (diesel and road expenses)
• Verify that all requests comply with job criteria
• Confirm that all necessary approvals have been completed
• Validate that the correct account is stated for posting and matches asset records
• Forward requests to the Accounts Department for payment processing
• Receive and file signed copies of delivery notes and waybills
• Submit documentation to the Accounts Department for retirement
• Send invoicing details to the Logistics Invoicing unit for posting

Minimum Requirements
