Logistics Account Officer

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Brief Description In-charge of receiving all jobs orders with trip allowance request and checking to confirm request comply with criteria of job. Duties

• Receive Jobs Orders with Trip Allowance Request (Diesel and Road Expenses)

• Checks and Confirm Request comply with criteria of the Job 

• Checks if All approval are done 

• Check if Account Stated for posting is correct with Asset 

• Send to Account Department for payment 

• Receive Signed Copies of Delivery Note and waybills 

• Send to Account Department for Retirement 

• Send to Logistics Invoicing unit for posting

Minimum Requirements

• BSc or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. With 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
