Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications and other pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions.
- Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and potential interactions.
- Monitor patient profiles and medication lists to ensure safe and effective therapy.
- Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize pharmacy services.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Registration: Current registration with PCN.
- Experience: 2 years experience as a pharmacist.
- Location: Candidate should reside within Agege and environs.
