Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer position based at our Lagos office.

The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending loan applications, conducting loan origination activities, and managing customer relationships to support clients in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, authorize, and recommend loan applications
• Conduct loan origination and underwriting processes
• Assess the financial status and creditworthiness of applicants
• Process and review loan documentation
• Manage and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer
• Proficiency in loan origination procedures
• Strong background in Finance and underwriting procedures
• Keen attention to detail with ability to assess creditworthiness and financial history
• Knowledge of financial regulations and lending practices
