About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a Loan Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork. You will help clients acquire loans on time while ensuring all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan requests and assess clients' financial status
• Evaluate creditworthiness and calculate risk ratios
• Contact clients to gather financial data and supporting documentation
• Prepare loan applications and analyze associated risks
• Approve or reject loan requests based on financial assessment
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Conduct weekly repayment collection

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Loan Officer
• Minimum 3 years of group lending experience
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Good understanding of lending procedures
