Loan Monitoring Officer at Regent Microfinance Bank Limited

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abuja. The Loan Monitoring Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating loan performance, conducting audits, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate loan performance across assigned portfolio
• Conduct audits and identify discrepancies in loan accounts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Assess financial information and analyze loan data
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive loan records
• Perform data analysis and generate regular reports on loan status
• Interact with clients to obtain necessary information
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical and finance skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in microfinance or similar financial services industry
