Loan Management Officer at Crescent MFB

Job Summary

The Loan Management Officer will oversee the loan cycle from disbursement to full recovery, ensuring portfolio health and minimal default rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Track loan performance and ensure timely repayment
• Maintain accurate portfolio records and generate daily and weekly reports
• Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery actions
• Reconcile loan accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Work closely with credit officers and internal audit

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any numerate discipline
• 1–2 years relevant experience in microfinance loan management
• Good understanding of loan systems and reconciliation
