About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Promote loan products through various channels including digital, print, in-person, and social media
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
• Distribute marketing materials and conduct presentations or campaigns
• Identify potential clients and establish contact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources
• Educate customers about loan products, terms, and benefits
• Meet or exceed monthly loan application targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful loan applications
• Guide clients through the loan application process
• Stay up to date with competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs
• Provide feedback to management for product improvement
• Ensure accurate documentation and application submission
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
