## Title: Loan Collection Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Loan Collection Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering loans and managing client relationships through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Recover loans via calls and SMS
Negotiate repayment plans with clients
Maintain accurate and detailed records
Escalate complex cases as needed
Meet collection targets

Requirements

OND/NCE qualification (B.Sc. is a plus)
Minimum 1+ year of collections experience
Android smartphone
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits

₦120,000 gross salary
Bonus up to ₦100,000
