Core Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent and positive role model, fostering values of respect, accountability, and confidence
• Support academic performance and intellectual curiosity through structured learning and enrichment activities
• Establish and uphold balanced routines around study, recreation, rest, and digital engagement
• Manage daily schedules and ensure smooth coordination of educational and extracurricular commitments
• Encourage emotional maturity, etiquette, and appropriate social behaviour
• Provide calm guidance, applying firm but considerate discipline when required
• Accompany the family on both domestic and international travels as needed
• Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for household confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising adolescents within private households, schools, or structured youth programs
