An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.

Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. is seeking experienced Letting Officers to connect homeowners with suitable tenants while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will market available properties, manage rental enquiries, conduct property viewings, negotiate leases, complete documentation, and carry out pre-tenancy assessments.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of experience in property letting or client relationship roles.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are required, as well as professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work independently.
