About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Officer to join our organization in a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. In this role, you will provide essential legal support to the business, ensuring compliance and delivering sound legal counsel across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal consulting and advisory services to management
• Prepare and review legal documents
• Manage business law and contract law matters
• Ensure legal compliance across all company operations
• Provide strategic legal advice to support business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Qualified legal practitioner
• Proficiency in Business Law and Contract Law
• Experience in legal consulting and legal document preparation
• Strong understanding of general law principles

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Experience

• Background in the real estate or property development industry
