Position Overview

We are seeking a young, dynamic lawyer who is passionate about challenging outdated systems and contributing to meaningful change in Nigeria. This role is ideal for someone who is bold, innovative, and ready to use the law as a tool for social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting on issues related to governance, civic rights, and institutional reform
• Assist in developing strategies for legal advocacy and public-interest litigation
• Support community outreach, stakeholder engagements, and policy review efforts
• Draft memos, briefs, reports, and communication materials that advance reform objectives
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help shape solutions to systemic challenges

Requirements

• Degree in Law or relevant experience in Law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in social justice, governance, or public policy
• Ability to think critically, challenge norms respectfully, and propose creative solutions
• Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to driving positive change
