About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Associate to join our team. This position is based in Ikota, Lagos and offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide sound advice to management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance
• Represent the company in legal matters where necessary
• Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of all legal documentation and correspondence

Required Qualifications

• LL.B Degree and BL from a recognized institution
• 1–3 years of post-call experience in a corporate or law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law

• Excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

Location Requirements

Candidates must reside in or around Ikota, Lekki–Ajah or its environs, as proximity to the workplace is essential.
