## Title: Legal Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to oversee our legal affairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating legal risks. The ideal candidate should have a background in the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance and support to senior management and staff
Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel

Requirements

LL.B or LL.M in Law
Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector
Proven track record of managing legal teams and providing strategic guidance
