• PhD or equivalent qualification recognized by Federal University Oye-Ekiti
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as Assistant Lecturer/Assistant Librarian at Federal University Oye-Ekiti or any other university
• Admissible publications totaling not less than:
  • Fifteen (15) points for M.Sc. holders
  • Ten (10) points for Ph.D. holders
• Minimum citation count of two (2) with at least forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• For holders of MBBS/DVM, B.Eng. (plus COREN), M.Sc. Agric., M.Tech., or M.Eng.: Staff in Clinical Departments who have passed Part I Fellowship are also considered, without prejudice to basic requirements
• Must have a visible profile on Google Scholar or Research Gate with citation count of not less than 2
