Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Ph.D. Degree holder (or equivalent) in the area of specialization, OR
• Master's Degree holder

Academic Experience

• Three (3) years of experience as Lecturer II

Publications and Research

For Ph.D. Degree Holders:

• Minimum of Twenty-five (25) points in admissible publications
• Minimum of five (5) publications
• Citation not less than five (5)

For Master's Degree Holders:

• Minimum of Thirty (30) points in admissible publications
• Minimum of six (6) publications
• Citation not less than five (5)

Professional Development

• Must be an up-to-date member of professional body/bodies
• Must score two (2) points in Academic Leadership / Administrative Responsibility
• Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal

Online Presence

• Must be visible on Google Scholar or Research Gate with citation not less than five (5)
